Hi there! We're looking for an EDI Integration Analyst for a healthcare payer engagement. The role focuses on leading the assessment and modernization planning for an end-of-life EDI platform, including requirements definition and vendor selection support.

This person will support a critical remediation engagement for our health plan client. This role leads the assessment of end-of-life EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) platform and drives the modernization roadmap that will guide its eventual replacement. The analyst will also support near-term in-bound data quality work tied to clearinghouse and claims-intake processes. This is a planning and requirements-definition role — it defines what a replacement EDI system must do and how the transition will be managed; it does not include execution of the platform migration itself.

Required Qualifications:

• EDI/transaction integration within a healthcare payer, provider, or clearinghouse environment.

• Prior experience with QNXT or comparable core claims administration platforms and their EDI interfaces.

• Consultative arrangement experience. Working alongside executives and producing executive-facing collateral and deliverables.

• Strong working knowledge of core HIPAA X12 healthcare transactions, particularly 837 (claims) and 835 (remittance/payment) ; familiarity with 834, 270/271, 276/277 a plus.

• Experience defining business and technical requirements for EDI platform replacements or upgrades.

• Experience developing test/cutover strategies for parallel or side-by-side EDI transaction validation.

• Familiarity with clearinghouse relationships and transaction routing/scrubbing rules.

2. Have you led or supported requirements definition for an EDI platform replacement or upgrade — as opposed to day-to-day EDI operations or transaction troubleshooting? Briefly describe your role.

3. Do you have experience building a migration/cutover testing strategy for EDI transactions (parallel or side-by-side validation), or supporting an EDI vendor selection process (RFPs, scorecards, evaluation criteria)?

4. Do you have any hands-on experience with QNXT or a comparable core claims administration platform's EDI interfaces, and have you worked in a consulting or client-facing capacity producing executive-ready deliverables (playbooks, requirements docs, RAID logs)?
