Location: Kingsburg, CA
Pay: $21.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Work Setting: 100% On-Site - No Remote or Hybrid Option


Hire Up Staffing Services is seeking a Customer Service Call Center Representative for an established company in Kingsburg, CA .


We're looking for someone with excellent communication and customer service skills who is comfortable handling a variety of consumer questions, concerns, and complaints by phone and email. This position requires someone who can remain professional, organized, and solution-focused while providing a positive customer experience.
What You'll Do

• Answer incoming customer calls through a call center queue
  
  
• Respond to customer emails, online inquiries, and written correspondence
  
  
• Professionally handle customer questions, concerns, and product complaints
  
  
• Research information and help resolve customer issues
  
  
• Enter customer interactions and case details into Salesforce
  
  
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of customer communications
  
  
• Escalate urgent or sensitive product concerns to the appropriate departments
  
  
• Generate and update reports using Microsoft Excel and Word
  
  
• Communicate with internal departments to help resolve customer concerns
  
  
• Follow up on open cases and ensure inquiries are properly addressed

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service, call center, administrative, or similar experience
  
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
  
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution abilities
  
  
• Comfortable handling complaints and difficult customer conversations professionally
  
  
• Microsoft Excel experience required
  
  
• Strong computer and data-entry skills
  
  
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system is a plus
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  
  
• Ability to manage multiple customer cases and follow-up responsibilities
  
  
• Dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Important Location Requirement
This position is 100% on-site in Kingsburg, CA, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. There is no remote or hybrid option.


Candidates should consider their daily commute to Kingsburg before applying.
