A growing winery in Parlier is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to support daily shipping, logistics, and customer service operations. This position will serve as a key point of contact for customers, carriers, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

A growing winery in Parlier is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to support daily shipping, logistics, and customer service operations. This position will serve as a key point of contact for customers, carriers, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and maintain order accuracy.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and warehouses.
- Track shipments and provide updates to customers.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, bills of lading, and invoices.
- Resolve customer inquiries, order discrepancies, and delivery issues.
- Communicate with production, inventory, and supply chain teams regarding product availability.
- Enter and maintain data within ERP and inventory management systems.
- Generate reports and assist with logistics planning and scheduling.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, transportation, supply chain, or winery operations preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
