Now Hiring: Customer Service Call Center Representative Location: Kingsburg, CA Pay: $21.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Work Setting: 100% On-Site – No Remote or Hybrid Option Hire Up Staffing Services is seeking a Customer Service Call Center Representative for an established company in Kingsburg, CA. We’re looking for someone with excellent communication and customer service skills who is comfortable handling a variety of consumer questions, concerns, and complaints by phone and email. This position requires someone who can remain professional, organized, and solution-focused while providing a positive customer experience. What You'll Do Answer incoming customer calls through a call center queue Respond to customer emails, online inquiries, and written correspondence Professionally handle customer questions, concerns, and product complaints Research information and help resolve customer issues Enter customer interactions and case details into Salesforce Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of customer communications Escalate urgent or sensitive product concerns to the appropriate departments Generate and update reports using Microsoft Excel and Word Communicate with internal departments to help resolve customer concerns Follow up on open cases and ensure inquiries are properly addressed What We’re Looking For Previous customer service, call center, administrative, or similar experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service and conflict-resolution abilities Comfortable handling complaints and difficult customer conversations professionally Microsoft Excel experience required Strong computer and data-entry skills Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple customer cases and follow-up responsibilities Dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Important Location Requirement This position is 100% on‑site in Kingsburg, CA, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
