Production Supervisor

Judge Direct Placement is looking for a Production Supervisor for a blending plant that manufactures, packages, and distributes food products, chemicals, and consumer goods. We are seeking a strong, hands‑on Production Supervisor to lead daily operations and oversee approximately 60 production team members on a single shift (1st). Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and supervise production employees to meet daily output and quality goals Track and analyze KPIs including throughput, waste, cost, and labor efficiency Enforce company policies and administer disciplinary actions when necessary Manage daily scheduling, staffing assignments, and workflow Support continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, productivity, and waste reduction Ensure compliance with food, chemical, and consumer‑goods manufacturing standards Ideal Background Experience in food & beverage, ingredients manufacturing, or consumer goods Demonstrated leadership ability with a steady, accountable management style Proven experience monitoring KPIs and driving performance improvements Comfortable supervising a high‑volume production environment Degree preferred but not required If you’re a results‑driven leader ready to take ownership of a fast‑paced production floor, we’d like to meet you. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Judge Group, INC.
