Production Supervisor

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations for a growing metal fabrication company specializing in diesel fuel tanks and generator enclosures. This position is ideal for a candidate with prior leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing environment who is looking to grow with a stable and established organization. Position Details Schedule: Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM Occasional Saturday work as production demands require Shift differential provided Responsibilities Supervise and support production employees on the 2nd shift Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and delivery objectives are met Lead, coach, and develop team members to drive performance and engagement Monitor workflow and address production challenges in a timely manner Partner with management to support continuous improvement initiatives Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards Qualifications Previous supervisory or leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing environment Background in metal fabrication, welding, machining, or related manufacturing operations Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to train and develop employees while fostering a positive team culture Hands-on management style with a focus on accountability and operational excellence Experience with welding and fabrication processes is highly preferred
