Class A Commercial Driver Entry Level

Job Summary

Are you seeking consistent miles, newer equipment, and reliable home time? 365 Freight USA is expanding operations based in Charleston, SC, serving regional lanes across the Eastern U.S. corridor (east of I‑35). We are hiring safety‑focused Class A CDL professionals who want a dependable career rather than a transient driving job. We provide 100% paid practical miles, secure terminal parking, and comprehensive benefits to support drivers both on the road and at home.

Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (approximately $92,000 annually).
Base Rate: $0.55 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty.
Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (beginning after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.
Sign‑On Bonus: $1,500 (paid out over 3 months).
Full Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance commencing after 30 days of employment.
Retirement: 401(k) plan with a 5% company match.

The Route & Equipment

Predictable Schedule: Regional lanes serving locations east of I‑35.
Home Time: Home weekly with a guaranteed full 48‑hour weekend reset.
Premium Trucks: Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors; strict no slip‑seating policy.
Driver Comfort: All tractors equipped with APUs, 1500‑watt inverters, and factory refrigerators.
Freight Type: 100% no‑touch freight with drop‑and‑hook operations.
Company Policies: Pet and passenger rider programs supported from day one.

Qualifications & Requirements

License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑A).
Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and active DOT medical card.
Experience — Experienced Route: Minimum of 3 months verifiable OTR or regional tractor‑trailer experience.
Experience — Trainee/Entry‑Level Route: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome; up to 6 weeks of paid on‑the‑job training with a dedicated mentor and tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 are available.
