Regulatory Counsel (Ombudsman)

Role Serve as an independent Ombudsman, mediating disputes within a regulated industry to ensure fair, timely, and impartial resolution. Key Responsibilities Oversee regulatory assessments and audits, identify corrective actions, and establish standard operating procedures. Lead information-gathering, data collection, and investigation of complaints related to scientific, regulatory, and administrative decisions. Collaborate with stakeholders to improve procedures and enhance public confidence in biological product safety, efficacy, and quality. Qualifications Juris Doctor or LL.M. degree or at least seven years of regulatory analysis experience; or equivalent experience in interpreting laws, regulations, and policies for regulated products. Skills & Requirements Strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills; ability to lead complex activities U.S. citizenship Successful background check; and compliance with federal employment requirements This position involves supervising dispute resolution processes, regulatory oversight, and promoting transparency and safety in regulated industries. #J-18808-Ljbffr Seacrest Behavioral Health
