• Monday–Thursday schedule
• 7:45 AM–4:30 PM hours

As a Dental Hygienist at Lesmeister Dental, you will play an important role in helping our patients achieve and maintain excellent oral health.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing thorough, compassionate preventive dental hygiene care
• Building trusting relationships with patients
• Educating patients about oral health and home care
• Reviewing and documenting patient health and dental histories
• Taking necessary radiographs and completing periodontal assessments
• Identifying oral health concerns and communicating findings with the dental team
• Working collaboratively with the dentist and entire practice team
• Creating a comfortable, positive experience for every patient

• Current Minnesota Dental Hygiene licensure
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• A warm, compassionate, and professional chairside manner
• Someone who enjoys working as part of a team
• A commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care

Four days. No regular Fridays. A supportive team. Great patients. Meaningful work. And a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
