Hematology/Oncology opening in Colorado Springs, CO Full-time, PermanentAn established Cancer Care Program in Colorado Springs is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Hematology/Oncology Physician to join a high-performing multidisciplinary team delivering comprehensive cancer care across southern Colorado. Schedule & Call \n
• Flexible 4-day work week

• Limited shared call responsibilities
\n
• Minimal weekend coverage
\n
• This role includes outreach hematology/oncology services approximately 6 days per month in rural Colorado communities, including:
- Lamar, Colorado - Trinidad, Colorado\n
• Travel to outreach locations is required (approximately 2–3 hours from Colorado Springs).
Key Responsibilities \n
• Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care in outpatient and affiliated clinic settings
\n
• Collaborate with an established team of physicians, advanced practice providers, nurse navigators, social workers, and support staff
\n
• Deliver outreach oncology services to rural clinics
\n
• Coordinate patient care across multiple care sites
\n
• Utilize EPIC EMR system-wide
\n
• Participate in quality improvement and patient-centered care initiatives
\n
• Support ongoing clinical growth and program development
\n
• Share in limited group call responsibilities

• Compensation
- Base salary: $489,000 – $543,000 annually - Quality and productivity bonus opportunities - Relocation assistance available - Paid malpractice coverage\n

Requirements \n
• Board Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology

• Colorado medical license required prior to start
\n
• DEA license required prior to start
\n
• Willingness to provide rural outreach approximately 6 days per month

• Current NPDB Self-Query report required
\n
• BLS certification required
\n
