**Job Responsibilities:**
- Accurately administer prescribed medications to residents in accordance with physician instructions and established protocols.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date medication records, ensuring all documentation complies with regulatory standards.
- Monitor residents for potential side effects and report any adverse reactions promptly to nursing staff.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed during the overnight shift.
- Conduct regular rounds to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents, responding promptly to any emergencies.
- Support the nursing team by performing additional tasks as necessary under the guidance of healthcare professionals.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and fellow team members to deliver excellent care and service.

**Qualifications:**
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; certification as a Medication Technician preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or assisted living setting is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
