Join T-Mobile's All-Star Legal Team. We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Counsel - Network Real Estate Transactions to provide strategic legal support on leasing and development activities that enable the deployment and upgrade of our nationwide cell sites. You will draft and negotiate complex commercial leases, amendments, and related agreements, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure deals support long-term growth, operational flexibility, and regulatory compliance.

What you’ll do in your role

• Drive Strategic Negotiations: Lead negotiations for complex real estate agreements, including leases, amendments, easements, SNDAs, estoppel certificates, and related documents.
• Champion Regulatory Innovation: Analyze local ordinances and codes to facilitate wireless infrastructure deployment and advise on state and federal laws and regulations.
• Build Government Relationships: Develop partnerships with state, local, and federal agencies to advance wireless deployment initiatives.
• Enhance Legal Efficiency: Design tools and processes to streamline legal services and promote consistency across regions and functions.
• Lead Training Initiatives: Co-create training materials and deliver sessions to T-Mobile attorneys, development teams, and vendors.
• Optimize Cost Management: Oversee external legal resources and outside counsel to drive cost-effective solutions.

The experience you’ll bring

• Educational Excellence: Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school. Admission to a state bar with eligibility to practice as in-house counsel in New Jersey.
• Relevant Experience: 2–4 years of in-house or law firm experience with a proven ability to deliver results.
• Strategic Thinker: Team player with executive maturity and a track record of providing actionable legal advice.
• Efficiency Driver: Ability to manage high transaction volumes within tight timeframes.
• Collaborative Leader: Proactive collaborator with strong communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Project Management: Skilled at balancing multiple priorities and managing complex projects.
• Additional Qualifications:
  • In-house and/or law firm real estate experience (2–4 years).
  • Strong time management and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with legal and business professionals to drive efficiency and results.
  • Customer-focused and results-oriented.

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $123,200 – $222,200. Corporate Bonus Target: 15%. The pay range is a general guide; actual starting pay will depend on location, qualifications, and experience.
