Are you a detail-oriented, customer-focused communicator looking for a dynamic role with real career growth? AlphaGraphics is seeking a Client Experience & Operations Associate to join our growing team. In this role, your primary mission is to be the friendly face and voice of our centerdelivering exceptional inside customer service, managing walk-in clients, and ensuring every order starts on the right foot. Beyond the front desk, you will gain hands-on cross-training across our modern business operations, including community outreach, local business networking, digital technology, and large-format signage production. We are looking for a tech-savvy self-starter who thrives on independence, takes ownership of their work without needing constant supervision, and is eager to build a deep understanding of our business from the ground up to eventually transition into a full-fledged Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet retail walk-in customers, handle incoming phone inquiries, and assist clients with order intake.
• Identify customer needs, answer product/service questions, and provide accurate project timelines.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming showroom environment.

• Represent AlphaGraphics at local networking functions, Chamber of Commerce meetings, and community events.
• Conduct friendly, non-targeted follow-up calls to recent clients to ensure satisfaction and invite repeat business.
• Build initial relationships with local business owners to help expand brand awareness in the community.

• Participate in hands-on training to learn digital print equipment, large-format printing, vinyl application, and finishing processes.
• Assist production team members with job staging, material handling, and finishing tasks during peak periods.
• Gain comprehensive product knowledge to confidently advise clients on print, signage, and marketing solutions in the future.

• Utilize internal CRM and order management software to input job specs, generate quotes, and track order progress.
• Use computer software and basic AI productivity tools to streamline administrative tasks, draft communications, and improve daily workflow efficiency.
• Manage day-to-day administrative details independently once initial training is completed.

What We Are Looking For

• Resourceful & Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM software, standard office technology, and modern digital tools (including basic AI tools) to work efficiently.
• Independent Self-Starter: Able to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and keep busy during downtime without needing step-by-step micromanagement.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Growth Mindset: Excited to learn new technical skills, understand manufacturing/print processes, and grow into account management.
• Physical Capability: Ability to stand, bend, and occasionally lift/move equipment or material rolls weighing 4050 lbs.
• Background: Open to entry-level candidates, recent business/communications graduates, or individuals with retail, hospitality, or customer service experience. No prior printing experience requiredwe will teach you!

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
