Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing existing customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional service. This role focuses on aftermarket sales across multiple regions while partnering cross-functionally to ensure an outstanding customer experience and maximum account retention. Competitive Pay: This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $25.00/hr. to $30.00/hr., depending on experience and qualifications. This position can be based onsite in one of the following locations: Columbus, OH Cincinnati, OH Cleveland, OH Detroit, MI Grand Rapids, MI What You'll Do: Maintain sales levels that meet and or exceed established sales goals Excellent communications with all fellow associates and customers. Handle Aftermarket sales across multiple regions. Call on existing customers and secure 100% customer satisfaction. Follow-up on all actions and commitments. Handle customer concerns and questions. Other duties as assigned by management. Recognize potential problem areas and take corrective measures to ensure the proper resolution is taken and that the customer is 100% satisfied. Sell all products and services provided to our customers Communicate openly and work effectively with the Region Manager, Sales Engineers, Aftermarket Account Managers, Region Support Staff, Corporate Services, All Associates and Vendors What You'll Need: Strong sales background with a record of success. A college degree in Business or a minimum of four (4) years' experience in a sales role in the service industry Aftermarket business selling skills Mechanical aptitude. Strong time management skills. Excellent customer relation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong experience with Microsoft Office.
