Drives growth by engaging veterinary clinics through an omni channel approach and developing a robust account base within your territory. Utilizing solution selling, territory management, and business development capabilities, this role is responsible for executing strategies to maximize sales performance and deliver measurable results.**Key Responsibilities*** Lead strategic growth through veterinary practice relationships and account management* Create and execute strategic territory business plans with measurable targets* Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closure* Develop account nurture programs to deepen client relationships* Map and engage key stakeholders within assigned accounts* Leverage video conferencing, phone, and digital tools for client communication**Required & Preferred Qualifications****Must-Have*** 2+ years of B2B/B2B2C inside sales experience* Strong virtual selling and consultative communication skills* Proven track record of meeting sales targets* Adaptable mindset for working in a dynamic environment* Ability to obtain Property & Casualty License within 30 days**Nice-to-Have*** Experience with digital and social selling tactics* Startup environment, animal health or veterinary sales background* Existing Property & Casualty Producers license* Experience with Salesforce CRM and consultative B2B sales#pumpkin#liAll of our jobs come with great benefits including healthcare, parental leave and opportunities for career advancements.
