Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $23.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 07:00 AM - 11:00 AM; Tue 07:00 AM - 11:00 AM. What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to guests, staff, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and report details according to site guidelines. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel or resort property, including lobbies, hallways, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance-related concerns. Monitor access points and public areas to help deter unauthorized entry, support property rules, and/or assist with visitor directions and general assistance. Assist with documenting daily activities, incidents, and/or notable observations while communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed. Minimum Requirements: Security experience of 2+ years is required. Must be 21+ years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
