Onboarding Coordinator

In this role, you'll serve as the bridge between recruiting and new hires to ensure a seamless onboarding experience from offer acceptance through successful start. You'll help prepare candidates for success by coordinating hiring requirements, managing onboard documentation, and delivering a world-class candidate experience. Job Title: Onboarding Coordinator Location: Wichita, KS 67212 ( Onsite ) Job Type: Contract ( 3-month duration; option to extend ) Pay: $22.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM What You'll Be Doing Guide new hires through the onboarding process from offer acceptance through start date. Coordinate pre-employment requirements including background checks, drug screens, and onboarding paperwork. Communicate with candidates to ensure all hiring requirements are completed on time. Serve as a resource for candidate questions regarding onboarding, payroll setup, and employment documentation. Maintain accurate employee records and partner with recruiters and operations teams to support successful starts. Your Qualifications 1-3 years of onboarding, staffing, recruiting support, HR, customer service, or administrative experience preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking/onboarding systems.
