HR Generalist

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a HR Generalist to join their team. As a HR Generalist, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting employee lifecycle management and HR operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Wilmington, MA

Pay Rate: $35/HR

Shift:  On-site 5 days per week

What's the Job?

• Monitor and triage HR tickets daily, ensuring proper routing and timely resolution.
• Support contractor onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring documentation and system access are completed efficiently.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding activities including background checks, communication with recruiters, and onboarding materials.
• Ensure compliance with I-9 verification requirements and coordinate background check processes for new hires.
• Manage HR documentation and system administration, including tracking Docusign documents for contracts and agreements.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in HR or administrative support

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS or related software (Workday a plus).
