Role Description The Human Resources Manager at Capstone Logistics, Inc. is a part-time, remote role responsible for overseeing key HR functions that support a distributed workforce. Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in core HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, and policy administration.
- Knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance, with experience maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
- Ability to support recruitment and onboarding activities, including job posting, candidate screening, and new hire orientation.
- Strong communication, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across remote teams.
- Proficiency with HRIS or HR management systems, plus familiarity with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, videoconferencing platforms).
- Proven organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a part-time, remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- HR certification (such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is preferred but not required.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar operational environment is an advantage.
