Regional Social Media + Marketing Manager (US West Coast + Central America)

Zuma is looking for a creative and commercially minded Regional Social Media + Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across our West Coast and Central America locations, including Las Vegas, Vail, San Diego and Cabo, with exciting new openings on the horizon.

Based in Las Vegas , you'll join our in-house marketing team, working closely with global leadership to shape Zuma's presence across the region.

From compelling social storytelling and creative campaigns to brand partnerships, PR and new openings, you'll bring fresh ideas and a strong understanding of the luxury hospitality landscape. We're looking for someone who understands the connection between hospitality, culture and lifestyle. Someone who knows how to create meaningful engagement, build brand awareness and translate creative ideas into impactful experiences.

What you'll do

• Marketing + social strategy: Partner with the Global Head of Marketing and Global Head of Creative to develop and deliver regional marketing and social media strategies aligned with Zuma's global vision.
• Content + community: Lead content planning and social media calendars, oversee regional channels and create engaging content that reflects Zuma's distinctive identity.
• Creative storytelling: Develop compelling social content, from photography and reels to branded stories and campaigns, ensuring consistency in tone, quality and visual direction.
• Partnerships + collaborations: Identify opportunities to connect Zuma with relevant brands, cultural moments and local communities, building relationships that strengthen our presence in each market.
• PR + media: Manage relationships with regional PR agencies, coordinate media opportunities and support press activity across the region.
• Digital marketing: Collaborate with our Global Digital Consultant on website content, digital campaigns, paid media and online brand visibility.
• Brand presence: Oversee Zuma's representation across third-party platforms, maintaining brand consistency and strong relationships with key partners.
• Insights + performance: Monitor campaign performance, social engagement and emerging trends, translating insights into meaningful recommendations.
• New openings: Play an integral role in the marketing strategy and launch of upcoming Zuma and Azumi brand openings across the region.

What we're looking for

• A minimum of three years' experience in a marketing or social media role, ideally within luxury hospitality, lifestyle or a premium consumer brand.
• A strong creative instinct, with experience developing engaging content and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
• An excellent eye for detail, visual storytelling and brand consistency.
• Confident copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging across different platforms and audiences.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities across different locations.
• A genuine interest in hospitality, food, fashion, music, art and the cultural moments shaping the region.
• A collaborative approach, with the confidence to work alongside global teams, agencies and external partners.
• Flexibility to travel regularly between Las Vegas, Vail, San Diego, Cabo and future opening locations.
