Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Field Representative. In this role, you will act as a representative to customer organizations, building strong relationships across retail stores, distributors, and HVAC contractors in your assigned territory. You will support a rebate program focused on promoting energy-efficient products, ensuring compliance, and driving program participation.

You will primarily work from your home office while traveling daily within your assigned territory. A structured weekly visit schedule will be provided by leadership. Occasional travel (12 times per year) to our Bridgeville, PA headquarters may be required for team meetings.

Location: Gettysburg, PA (Candidates must reside within a commutable distance) Work Type: Remote / Field-Based Target Compensation: $20.00/hour

For this opportunity, you're a great fit if you can

• Promote energy-efficient products through in-store merchandising, table events, promotions, and training
• Visit retail stores, distributors, and HVAC contractors on a recurring weekly schedule
• Verify point-of-sale materials and rebate-eligible product placements
• Schedule and support promotional events in assigned locations
• Act as the local, on-site program representative to customers and contractors
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage participation and overcome program barriers
• Document all customer and contractor interactions in accordance with program requirements
• Maintain current accounts while identifying and onboarding new opportunities
• Travel extensively throughout a defined territory (Gettysburg region)

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have

• 02 years of relevant retail, merchandising, or customer-facing experience preferred
• High School Diploma or Associate Degree required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage time independently and follow a structured visit schedule
• Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis

This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.

Compensation Range

$17.75 - $25.05

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
