Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with patients through telehealth services, providing comprehensive assessments to identify their mental health needs.

• Create, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on detailed psychosocial evaluations, pursuing evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Consult with interdisciplinary teams—including physicians and social workers—to align treatment approaches and leverage shared insights into patient progress and challenges.

• Provide crisis intervention services to patients experiencing acute emotional distress, utilizing established protocols to ensure safety and support.

• Facilitate discharge planning in collaboration with patients and their families, coordinating necessary external services to ensure continuity of care post-treatment.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case progress and contribute to strategy development for improved service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population suffering from a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Our clients include individuals from various backgrounds and age groups, each requiring tailored therapeutic interventions. By utilizing your skills in assessment and treatment planning, you will help empower these individuals to overcome challenges and achieve personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is mandatory.

• Possession of a current license as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or an equivalent credential is required.

• At least three years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting, preferably with a focus on telehealth services.

• Strong skills and experience in delivering evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the mental health needs of clients.

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and maintain an organized workload.
\n
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, experience in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing is highly advantageous. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling technologies will further enhance your application, as well as any prior work in multidisciplinary teams. Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities are a plus and will be viewed favorably.
