The salary for this role is $14.00 per hour*. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.

Aaron's Sales Associates are a positive, energetic force on the showroom floor. You'll drive sales by engaging directly with customers and assisting them in finding just what they need. At times, you'll help clean, organize and even move merchandise. All of that can be physically demanding, but we'll make sure you have the training and tools to do that part of the job safely. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Help customers select their new products.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing and moving merchandise.
• Perform clerical duties, including creating and maintaining customer files.
• Maintain a positive sales floor environment.
• Assist customers and potential customers in person and on the telephone.

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. assisted with appropriate equipment and/or another associate.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• High energy with the ability to effectively perform all functions of the store.
• Proper telephone etiquette.
• Maintain a professional appearance.

Note that the pay range provided above is the lowest to highest rate we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission or any other form of compensation that is allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid, and may be modified at the Company's sole discretion, consistent with the law.
