Our client, a leading eDiscovery and legal technology service provider, is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with hands-on eDiscovery experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager looking to growing in a thriving business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex eDiscovery projects from initiation through delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate and law firm clients.
- Design and oversee workflows, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.
- Leverage expertise with Relativity (including RelOne, analytics, and workflows) to optimize review strategies.
- Manage and mentor review teams, ensuring accuracy and quality at every stage.
- Provide guidance on best practices, defensibility, and compliance with eDiscovery standards.
- Coordinate across internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of hands-on eDiscovery project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Relativity (RelOne experience preferred).
- Proven ability to manage large, complex document reviews and investigations.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently across multiple matters and deadlines.
