Client Human Resources Business Partner II

Human Resources Consultant ADP is hiring a Human Resources Consultant. What you’ll do: Serve as an HR expert for ADP’s largest clients and support the most complex products and technologies. Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client problems, taking a broad perspective to identify solutions. Proactively provide information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions. Communicate with clients and resolve issues, setting priorities, organizing the day, multi‑tasking, and providing prompt follow‑up. Strive to exceed client expectations in every interaction, holding the highest ethical standards. Interpret business issues and recommend solutions or best practices to ADP leadership and clients. Share knowledge and best practices with less experienced Consultants and Specialists. To succeed in this role: Have at least 3–5 years of professional consulting experience (or equivalent) in a systems‑related organization. Have at least 3–5 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results. No college degree required; alternative experiences (e.g., military) are acceptable. Preferred qualifications: HR certification or willingness to pursue one in the first year. Compensation Base salary ranges from $45,800 to $93,000 per year, with potential additional compensation including bonus, equity, or commissions. Benefits are available starting on Day1.
