Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Order Management System (OMS) experience to lead enterprise retail and eCommerce initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end OMS implementations, enhancements, and integrations while collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams.

Required Skills

12+ years of Project Management experience.
Strong experience managing Order Management System (OMS) projects.
Retail and eCommerce domain experience is mandatory.
Experience leading OMS implementations, upgrades, and production releases.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Development, QA, Infrastructure, and offshore/onshore teams.
Experience managing OMS integrations with eCommerce platforms, WMS, ERP, Payment Gateways, Inventory, Shipping, and Logistics systems.
Strong understanding of the order lifecycle , including order capture, inventory, fulfillment, shipping, returns, and customer service.
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, release planning, and project governance.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
