Remote Call Center Supervisor

Shifts: Vary Training: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Remote) Normal: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Remote)

Must be available for any 8hr shifts within the 12 hour range, Holidays, and Weekends when business needs arise

Remote Call Center Supervisor Job Summary: Work collaboratively to lead, coach, and support a team of virtual customer service representatives. Oversee daily call center operations, queue management, and service level agreement (SLA) adherence.

Remote Call Center Supervisor Responsibilities:

Direct, mentor, and motivate a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals are met.
Manage real-time call queue metrics, agent adherence, and operational adjustments.
Complete operational documentation, performance reports, and team metrics tracking.

Remote Call Center Supervisor Skills:

Excellent communication skills.
Must be computer savvy.
Possess strong leadership and coaching skills.
Proven ability to manage remote teams and handle escalations.

Remote Call Center Supervisor Requirements:

Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet work environment.
Proven minimum of 5 years of experience in a Call Center Supervisor or Team Lead role.
Strong technical proficiency with CRM software.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a remote workforce independently.
Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills.
