Call Center Supervisor

Supervising the HR Generalist call center team, the full-time HR Call Center Supervisor will actively participate in daily operations, manage escalated HR inquiries, and ensure compliance with New York CDPAP contract requirements in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Lead the HR Generalist call center team to provide efficient and accurate responses to employee inquiries Actively engage in call center operations to monitor service levels and address frontline issues Serve as the primary escalation point for complex HR issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, focusing on employee relations and benefits HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) Experience supervising a call center environment Proficiency in HRIS systems and call center software
