Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $20–$25 per hour (DOE) + Benefits

About the Role

SumBridge is partnering with a well-established and highly regarded company in Kent, WA to hire a Receptionist / Office Support professional . This is a full-time, onsite position ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organized, and supporting a busy office environment.

This is an immediate opening , with the opportunity to start quickly.

What You'll Do

• Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Greet visitors and provide a positive first impression of the company
• Perform general administrative and office support tasks
• Assist with processing, filing, and organizing paperwork
• Support customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain organized records and assist with day-to-day office operations

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar systems)
• Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
