Remote Call Center Supervisor

Overseeing daily call center performance, the full-time Remote Call Center Supervisor will mentor frontline agents, act as a liaison between stakeholders, and monitor service levels in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead, coach, and support remote call center agents to ensure high-quality service delivery Monitor daily call flow, performance metrics, and service levels Conduct virtual team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews Required qualifications Experience in call center operations or management Proficiency in performance metrics and reporting Ability to work flexible hours within the specified schedule Familiarity with customer service best practices Must reside in one of the approved US states listed in the job description #J-18808-Ljbffr
