Regulatory Change BA / PM – Swap & OTC Reporting
Location: NYC, NY (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Experience: 3–6 years
Role Overview: Capco is seeking a Regulatory Change BA/PM to support an Errors & Omissions initiative with a strong focus on Swap Data and OTC Derivatives regulatory reporting. The role requires hands-on experience analyzing, remediating, and preventing inaccuracies in regulatory submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze Errors & Omissions in Swap Data and OTC Derivatives regulatory reporting
- Identify data gaps, reporting inaccuracies, and control weaknesses across regulatory submissions
- Support remediation initiatives aligned with industry best practices
- Partner with Compliance, Technology, and Operations teams to implement regulatory changes
- Track regulatory requirements and ensure accurate, timely reporting
Mandatory Experience (Non-Negotiable):
- Hands-on experience with Swap Data Reporting
- Strong knowledge of OTC Derivatives
- Exposure to CFTC regulatory reporting (Dodd-Frank)
- Experience working with regulatory data, validations, and remediation efforts
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with SEC reporting
- Prior consulting experience (Capco / Big 4 / similar)
- BA or BA/PM background in Financial Services
