About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of School to serve as a key leader in its vibrant, non-denominational Christian school community. The successful candidate will be a relational and mission-driven servant leader, responsible for spiritual and educational leadership, operational excellence, and team management. This role demands a leader with a Master’s degree, a minimum of 5 years' leadership experience, and a deep commitment to Christian education. The Head of School will be tasked with preserving and strengthening the school's close-knit, relational culture, ensuring a biblical worldview is integrated across all aspects of school life, and guiding the institution through a period of sustained growth and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a background in educational administration, strong financial stewardship skills, and a proven track record in team development. They must be a collaborative, transparent, and trustworthy leader, capable of overseeing a multi-million-dollar budget and leading the school in its current capital campaign. The role also requires a leader with a strong theological alignment, a visible community presence, and a focus on mission alignment in all aspects of the school's operations. The Head of School will work closely with the Board, faculty, staff, and families to ensure the school's mission is upheld and that students are prepared to lead and serve in their communities.
