Marketing Project Manager

Project ManagerThe Project Manager is responsible for tracking and coordinating marketing and creative projects from intake through completion. In this role, you will maintain project boards, monitor timelines and deliverables, and serve as the key communication link between the creative team and other stakeholders — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and everyone knows the status of their work.ResponsibilitiesSet up and maintain project tracking boards for all active marketing and creative projectsMonitor project status, deadlines, and deliverables, flagging delays or blockers as they ariseServe as the primary communication point between creative team members and requesting stakeholdersIntake new project requests and ensure they are properly logged, assigned, and prioritizedFollow up with team members to confirm task status and keep projects moving on scheduleMaintain clear, up-to-date records of project timelines, ownership, and next stepsFacilitate check-ins and status updates between creatives and stakeholders to keep everyone alignedEscalate scheduling conflicts or resourcing issues to leadership when neededEnsure completed work is properly routed for review, approval, and final handoffContinuously improve tracking processes and project board organization for clarity and efficiencyStay current with project management best practices and toolsRequirements2-4+ years of experience in project coordination or project managementExperience managing project tracking boards and workflows (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar)Comfortable working across multiple projects and shifting priorities simultaneouslyStrong follow-up and follow-through habitsExperience with AI software and toolsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceSkillsStrong organizational and prioritization skillsExcellent communication skills, able to translate between creative and non-creative stakeholdersCapable of working well with internal and external teams/partnersAbility to work under pressure with strict deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining a professional and positive attitudeAbility to effectively solve problems, think creatively, make decisions and take action, exercising independent and solid judgmentAble to excel in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure and with tight deadlines in a fluid environmentTeam playerA keen eye for detail and strong follow-through from planning to execution
