Develops, implements and assesses specific new and emerging technologies, platforms, and services. Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Assessing the technical viability of emerging products and technologies.
- Working with developers and infrastructure specialists to test and evaluate new technologies.
- Participating in the development of business cases and obtaining approvals for capital expenditures.
- Monitoring and analyzing new technology product performance and resolving issues regarding potential improvements or modifications to complex situations, as needed.
- University (Degree) Preferred
- 5 Years Required; 7 Years Preferred
- Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work
8IC Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Snowflake data objects
- Design and optimize databases ( PostgreSQL, MySQL ).
- Deploy and manage cloud solutions on AWS (Lambda, EC2, RDS, API Gateway, S3, CloudFront, Airflow) .
- Implement CI/CD pipelines , security best practices, and performance monitoring.
- Lead technical discussions, mentor developers, and drive best practices.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Python backend development .
- Expertise in Snowflake and other DB tools .
- Expertise in AWS services, Terraform .
- Experience with ETL frameworks and tool
- Experience with Kafka, event-driven architecture .
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in Loan Asset class
- Experience in Private Placements
