Requirements Ability to perform repetitive hand movements throughout the shift Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Ability to monitor fast-moving production lines Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Willingness to perform Lockout/Tagout procedures after training Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Job Duties Monitor trash bags as they move along the production line Pull, reach, fold, and package products by hand as needed Perform repack duties by transferring products into new boxes and returning them to the production line Load cases and cartons onto automated packaging equipment Clear equipment jams using proper Lockout/Tagout procedures Continuously monitor conveyors to prevent production line backups Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and production standards Perform additional production duties as assigned Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
