As a Customer Service Coordinator (CSC), you'll be at the heart of our operations, handling order processing, coordinating with various departments to resolve issues, and contribute to our reputation for excellence. Under the general direction of the CSC Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to review and enter customer purchase orders by using proprietary software. Your role is key in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.In this role, you will:Order Processing and Order ManagementReview customer orders and purchasesCoordinate order status placing an order in Estimating, Order Entry, and Takeoff statusesSend orders to manufacturing based on standard practicesWork with our ordering system and release orders to manufacturingAdjusting prices based on established guidelinesInteract with customers and Sales RepresentativesWork with customers on processing, scheduling, order changes, product issues, and customer claims.Utilize, or develop, knowledge of product and price bookInteract and coordinate with internal resources on projectsResponsibilities Essential Skills:Competent computer capabilities including data entry skills and adeptness in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Outlook).Customer service skills including prompt response time and documentationExcellent time management and organization with attention to detailAbility to work in a team environment in a professional office settingExceptional communication skills (verbal and written) including ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Self-starter that can multi-task, and excel, in a fast-paced environment with deadlinesConstruction or architectural industry experience a plusAlso note:0% travel requirementQualifications You have: (required)High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) from an accredited institutionMinimum of 2 years work experience in a customer service roleEmployees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
