1. Strong Traditional IT PM skills with HC experience (7+ years)

2. Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master with a solid grasp of Scrum frameworks and ceremonies

3. A basic understanding of claims processes is essential.

It would be a great advantage if the candidates had previously worked in the Aetna Claims domain. However, at a minimum, a basic understanding of claims processes is essential.
