Senior Contracts Manager

Independently managing a broad portfolio of commercial agreements, the full-time remote Senior Contracts Manager will lead negotiations, draft and review contracts, and serve as a trusted adviser to cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance with company standards and risk frameworks. Key responsibilities Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a high volume of commercial agreements, including SaaS order forms and service level agreements Serve as the primary point of contact between Legal and business stakeholders, providing guidance on contract structure and negotiation strategy Identify recurring negotiation patterns and operational risks, translating observations into improvements for templates and processes Required qualifications Five or more years of experience negotiating and managing commercial technology agreements, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment Demonstrated ability to independently manage customer-facing SaaS negotiations and related commercial documents Strong commercial judgment with the ability to distinguish material risks from lower-value negotiating points Working knowledge of common SaaS contracting issues, including data privacy and security Experience using AI-assisted tools for contract review and workflow automation
