We're placing a skilled Maintenance Technician with a stable, family-owned food manufacturing company hands-on electrical, mechanical, and PLC work in a fast-paced production environment. Hit the ground running with skills you already have. What You'll Do:

• Execute production line changeovers accurately and efficiently per established specs and procedures
• Troubleshoot and repair AC/DC drives, motors, motor control circuits, and PLC-controlled systems
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and hydraulic systems including gearboxes, bearings, and pumps
• Troubleshoot discrete and analog sensors (pressure, temperature, flow, photo-electric, proximity)
• Participate in new equipment installation, validation, and startup processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills with demonstrated root cause and corrective action capability
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Allen Bradley experience a plus (CompactLogix, SLC 500, PV+); food manufacturing GMP experience preferred
