Maintenance Technician

SNS Management is hiring a Maintenance Technician to help maintain our apartment community in West Chester, OH . We provide the vehicle, fuel, tools, and supportyou bring the technical skills and pride in your work.

Best of all: No unit turns. This role focuses on resident service requests and preventative maintenance.

What You'll Do

• Complete plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance throughout the community
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and provide quality repairs
• Communicate professionally with residents
• Document completed work using a smartphone

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of maintenance or skilled trade experience
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• EPA Universal Certification preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable, self-motivated, and customer-focused

Schedule: MondayFriday, flexible 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM6:00 PM, plus rotating on-call.
