All of these services are delivered by one unified company committed to continuous improvement.Role Description This full-time, MPS Sales Specialist role is based in the Western US. The Sales Specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct prospecting and cold outreach, and manage a pipeline of potential and existing customers. Daily responsibilities include presenting and demonstrating document imaging and workflow solutions, preparing proposals and quotes, and negotiating contracts in line with company guidelines. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, responding to client inquiries, and coordinating with technical and service teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support. The Sales Specialist will also participate in product training, stay current on industry trends, and contribute to sales forecasts and performance reporting.QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear presentation and active listening abilities.Proven customer service experience with a focus on building long-term, trust-based relationships.Demonstrated sales skills in prospecting, qualifying leads, closing deals, and achieving or exceeding targets.Experience in training or educating customers and team members on products, solutions, or processes.Background in sales management or territory management, including planning, reporting, and pipeline oversight.Ability to learn and explain technical concepts related to document imaging and workflow solutions.Comfort working in an on-site, field-based environment with regular client visits in the Salt Lake City area.Proficiency with CRM software and basic office productivity tools (e.G., email, spreadsheets, presentations).Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent sales experience.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel to customer sites.
