Maintenance Custodian Associate

Position Summary Sam’s Club is seeking a Maintenance Associate to ensure members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. The role requires constant physical activity, a positive attitude, and commitment to delivering a great member experience. What you’ll do Maintain safety and cleanliness of the facility by: Conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations to Management. Cleaning all areas of the facility, including floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles, and operating floor scrubbers. Responding to spills, disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Environmental Sustainability Program. Maintaining appropriate levels of company‑approved chemicals and supplies, rotating stock and placing orders when supplies are low. Following forklift spotting procedures, hazardous material handling and disposal guidelines, and company steel standard guidelines. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 – $26.00 per hour, with performance‑based incentive awards and additional compensation opportunities.
