Recreational Gymnastics Coach
Love working with kids? We can teach you the gymnastics.
Oak City Gymnastics is looking for energetic, dependable coaches to join our growing recreational program.
You do not need to be a former gymnast. If you enjoy working with children, can confidently lead a group, and are willing to learn, we’ll provide paid training and support.
What You’ll Do- Coach or assist recreational gymnastics classes for ages 2+
- Teach skills through fun, age-appropriate drills
- Keep athletes engaged, active, and safe
- Encourage children as they build confidence and learn new skills
- Help with equipment setup, cleanup, and other end-of-shift responsibilities
- Love working with children
- Are energetic, patient, positive, and dependable
- Can confidently manage and redirect a group
- Enjoy being active
- Take feedback well and want to grow
Experience in gymnastics, cheer, dance, childcare, education, camps, youth sports, or coaching is a plus, but not required.
