Marketing Coordinator

Our client is a growing national organization that provides commercial HVAC equipment, technical services, aftermarket support, and rental solutions through a network of industry-leading companies. They are hiring a Chicago-based Marketing Coordinator who will work in-office with some hybrid flexibility. Location : Chicago, IL Job Description You'll be the on-the-ground marketing person for MAS operations in Chicago. This is a field-focused role where you support sales and operations with day-to-day marketing needs. You’ll be embedded with the local team, building relationships with sales, operations, and external customers. This role requires independence—you’re not closely supervised and you need to understand what the business needs and deliver without heavy direction. What You'll Do Support MAS field operations with day-to-day marketing needs Execute field marketing: local events, trade shows, customer communications Build relationships with sales, operations, and field teams Coordinate with Dallas marketing on regional initiatives Generate and feed market intel back to leadership Position marketing as responsive and valued at the local level Compensation & Benefits Base Range = $65k - $75k (depending on experience) Discretionary Bonus = 10% Health, vision, dental Company-paid Life Insurance 401(k): 6% match (Automatic enrollment & annual contribution escalation up to 10%) Short-Term and Long-Term Disability PTO: 3 weeks 10 paid company holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr ProActivate
