Our Values One Team | Service Heart | Accountability | Grit | Innovation The President Opportunity Lucia Landscaping is entering its next phase of growth and is seeking a President to lead the company as a multi-branch, high-performance service organization. This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven operator who can scale branch operations, build systems and infrastructure, develop leaders and accountability, drive revenue, profitability, and disciplined growth, and support strategic expansion, including acquisition. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Growth & Expansion- Scale multiple branch locations across target markets
- Drive revenue through client expansion, retention, and service growth
- Lead geographic expansion initiatives
- Oversee all divisions: landscape, snow & ice, irrigation
- Standardize operations across all branches
- Improve productivity, routing, and service delivery
- Full P&L ownership
- Drive margin improvement through labor efficiency, pricing, and cost control
- Implement job costing, KPIs, and financial discipline
- Build and lead a high-performing leadership team
- Develop Branch Managers and Regional Leaders
- Reinforce a culture of accountability and execution aligned with #OneTeam®
- Implement scalable SOPs, KPI dashboards, and operational systems
- Leverage technology to drive visibility and performance
- Support and participate in acquisition strategy and pipeline development
- Evaluate potential acquisition targets and strategic fit
- Lead operational due diligence
- Execute integration plans for acquired businesses
- Ensure acquisitions align with performance and culture
- High-performing, scalable multi-branch organization
- Consistent operational execution across all locations
- Strong leadership bench with clear accountability
- Measurable growth in revenue, margins, and efficiency
- Successful expansion into new markets, including acquisitions
- 10+ years in senior leadership within: Landscaping, snow, facility services, or field services
- Proven success managing multi-location or multi-branch operations
- Experience scaling companies in the $10M-$100M range
- Strong P&L and financial acumen
- Deep understanding of labor-driven service operations
- Systems builder (SOPs, KPIs, operational infrastructure)
- Ability to translate strategy into execution
- Exposure to acquisitions and integrations preferred
- High accountability, no-excuses mindset
- Hands-on operator who leads from the front
- Strong communicator and team builder
- Results-driven, disciplined, and growth-oriented
