Stable work environment with long-term growth potential Key Responsibilities Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring orders are processed and shipped according to delivery timelines Prepare and review shipping documents such as bills of lading, packing slips, and supporting export paperwork Assist with international shipment coordination, working with carriers and internal teams to meet documentation and routing requirements Verify order accuracy (quantities, weights, shipment details) before release Track shipments and help resolve delays, discrepancies, or documentation issues Maintain accurate shipping reports and records for internal tracking and compliance Support customer service inquiries related to shipping status and delivery details Scan, file, and manage shipment documentation to maintain organized records Work closely with the warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth order flow and execution Qualifications 15 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or administrative support Exposure to international shipping or export documentation is highly preferred Basic understanding of transportation regulations and shipping processes Strong administrative skills organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams) and general computer systems Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
