Renewed Purpose Social Services prioritizes a collegial atmosphere, encouraging open communication and collaboration among staff members while maintaining rigorous professional standards.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to individuals, couples, and families.Document all client interactions and clinical assessments accurately and in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines to ensure high-quality care.Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and coordinate care effectively.Stay abreast of advancements in mental health practices through workshops and continuous professional development opportunities.Patient Population / Client FocusIn this role, you will primarily serve individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse issues. The population we serve often has limited access to mental health resources, making your contributions critical to their recovery and overall well-being. Your work will directly impact their quality of life and help foster healthier communities.QualificationsA Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Arizona.A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, ideally in clinical settings.Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and other technological tools related to documentation and client management.Preferred ExperienceSpecialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment.A sound understanding of legal requirements and ethical considerations in mental health treatment.Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Experience collaborating effectively within a healthcare team, displaying flexibility and adaptability in care delivery approaches.Compensation and BenefitsAt Renewed Purpose Social Services, we value your contributions and ensure competitive compensation for your expertise. The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
