Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique needs and goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to offer comprehensive care that addresses the complex needs of clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay informed about the latest research and advancements in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LPC at Renewed Visions Counseling Solutions, you will work with a diverse range of clients who may be experiencing challenges such as stress management, relationship issues, trauma, or life transitions. Our clients come from various backgrounds and demographics, and your role will be pivotal in guiding them towards emotional healing and personal development. You will create a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, setting the tone for their transformational journeys.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Possess an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of hands‑on counseling experience is required, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of ethical standards and legal requirements related to counseling practices.
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with clients from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
