You will utilize advanced telehealth technologies to facilitate sessions and maintain client records, ensuring that effective communication and support are at the forefront of our services.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans for clients.Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to meet the needs of diverse clients.Facilitate therapeutic sessions for groups, families, couples, and individuals, ensuring a respectful and safe environment for open communication.Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that client safety and privacy are prioritized.Engage actively in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay current with the latest mental health research and practices.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, contributing insights and strategies to cohesively enhance client care.Patient Population / Client FocusThis position emphasizes serving individuals and families with limited access to mental health services. You will work closely with clients dealing with diverse mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse.
