Key Responsibilities Conduct compassionate and ethical individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat platforms. Employ solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. This may include cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, or other evidence-based techniques. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that set clear goals and measurable outcomes for clients, ensuring their mental health needs are thoroughly addressed. Facilitate client insights into their emotions, experiences, and relationships, encouraging self-exploration and personal growth. Continuously monitor client progress throughout the treatment journey and adapt strategies as necessary to support the development of healthy coping mechanisms. Patient Population / Client Focus Your clients will come from diverse backgrounds and may be dealing with an array of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a sympathetic nature, emphasizing empathy and understanding in client interactions. Compensation and Benefits The position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 based on hours worked and client caseload.
